Amy Whittenberger, SPHR, MBA, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and consulting. Currently serving as an HR Advisor at MRA - The Management Association and as an HR Manager at Wisconsin Metal Tech, Amy has developed a strong expertise in assisting organizations with their HR needs. Previous roles include HR Manager/Project Manager at The Toro Company, where significant projects included transitioning agency employees to full-time status and creating HR processes. Amy founded HR Compass Consulting, LLC, providing flexible HR solutions to various organizations. With a solid educational foundation, including an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, Amy has successfully partnered with numerous leaders across multiple industries to enhance organizational effectiveness.
