Brittany Rittershaus

Brittany Rittershaus has extensive experience in survey management and graphic design, currently serving as the Manager of Surveys at MRA - The Management Association since November 2015. In this role, Brittany oversees the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of surveys and research projects. Previously, Brittany held positions as Surveys & Business Insights Lead and Graphic Designer at MRA, focusing on partnership development, survey marketing, and the creation of data visualizations for salary and benefits surveys. Earlier experience includes a role as Creative Support Coordinator at Kohl's Department Stores, where Brittany managed project updates and developed graphical content. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from UW-Whitewater.
