Courtney Lamers

Courtney Lamers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member engagement and strategic project management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Member Engagement and Strategic Project Manager at MRA - The Management Association since November 2017. Lamers leads the Intern Leadership Program, developing content and resources, facilitating discussions, and executing program logistics. Additionally, Lamers manages corporate strategic initiatives and advises senior leadership on actions for the Emerging Market and Member Relations division. As Executive Director at Employer Associations of America since July 2021, Lamers oversees financials, board meeting agendas, and key partnerships. Previous roles include a Kids Club Teacher at Gold's Gym and various internships with American Family Insurance, Sierra Club, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, highlighting a diverse skill set in project management, marketing, and communication. Lamers holds a degree in Marketing and Business Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
