Amanda Mosteller, CPTD has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Amanda currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at MRA - The Management Association since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Development at Employers Resource Association (ERA) from 2021 to 2023. Amanda'sprevious experience includes working as a Senior Manager Learning Development and Manager Learning and Development at CBTS from 2016 to 2021. Amanda also worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Cincinnati Bell from 2015 to 2016. Amanda started their career as a Training Manager at The Children's Home of Cincinnati in 2013 and held various roles including Training Coordinator and Professional Development Consultant. Amanda also worked as a therapeutic Group Leader during this time. Amanda began their career as a Counselor at YMCA Camp Kern in 2006.

Amanda Mosteller, CPTD, has a strong educational background in psychology and human learning and performance. In 2006, they received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio University. Amanda continued to pursue their passion for learning and performance by enrolling in the Association for Talent Development in 2014, where they are currently pursuing a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) degree with a focus on human learning and performance. Additionally, Amanda attended Milford High School from 1999 to 2002.

Amanda has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills in the field. In September 2019, they earned their Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification online from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. In November 2018, they received a certification in Sales Enablement from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In February 2016, they became certified as a Leadership Architect and Voices 360 Coach from Korn Ferry.
