Kate Walker

Kate Walker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Learning and Development at MRA - The Management Association, where they lead the learning and development initiatives for one of the largest employer organizations nationwide. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Recruitment Specialist at Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC).

Earlier in their career, Kate served as the Assistant Director at CATI, Inc., Project Director at WWBIC, and Branch Manager at M&I Bank, North Shore Bank, and US Bank. In these roles, they managed sales initiatives, staff, and budgets, and handled various responsibilities such as business development, customer service, and loan management.

Kate Walker has a strong education history, with several degrees and certifications under their belt. Kate is currently pursuing a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) degree at Concordia University-Wisconsin, where they are a doctoral candidate.
