Kelly Yelle, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIR, serves as a Recruiting Business Partner and Career Management Coach at MRA - The Management Association since October 2013, contributing to one of the largest nonprofit employer associations in the nation. Prior experience includes over a decade as an Independent HR Generalist with HR Kelly & Associates, providing human resource solutions across various industries, alongside a role as a Search Consultant and Team Lead at Acumen Resources, Inc. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
