Kristie Haase Sphr

Kristie Haase, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristie started their career as an intern at the Center for Creative Leadership in 1995. Kristie then worked at Milliken & Company, where they served as an Education and Training Manager for the Automotive Dye & Finishing Plant and as an HR Manager for a warping and weaving facility.

In 2001, Kristie joined Sara Lee as an HR Manager for the Hanes Printables Distribution Center. Kristie handled various HR functions and was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training.

In 2006, Kristie moved to Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, where they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner.
