Kristine Tominsek Sphr

Kristine Tominsek, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at MRA - The Management Association, having joined in September 2019. With extensive experience in human resources, Kristine previously held leadership roles including HR Director at UNISON and Ursa Logistics, and Director of Human Resources at AAA Sales and Engineering. Notable contributions include guiding the integration of HR processes during mergers, overseeing multi-state HR operations, and developing comprehensive training programs. Kristine's foundational experience began at Racine Federated Inc., where leadership in achieving ISO 9001 certification was a highlight. Kristine obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Development/Adult Education from Alverno College and a BA in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
