Lauren Michaud

Lauren Michaud is an experienced professional in learning and development with a robust background in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at MRA - The Management Association since May 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Associate Training Program Manager at Milwaukee Tool from March 2021 to February 2023. Over a significant tenure at GMR Marketing from August 2005 to March 2021, Lauren excelled as the Talent Development Manager, where responsibilities included designing and managing talent development initiatives across the agency, as well as building the Talent Development team. Other roles have included HR Training Partner, Senior Training Specialist, Recruiting Assistant, and Recruiter, contributing diverse experience from various sectors including education and restaurant management. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
