Pamela Ghouse

Pamela Ghouse is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Benefits Manager at MRA - The Management Association since September 2021, Ghouse acts as a subject matter expert for the HR Hotline. Prior to this role, Ghouse worked as an HR Business Partner at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included performance management and employee onboarding. Ghouse also held the position of Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at the BloodCenter of Wisconsin, overseeing benefits administration across multiple locations. Ghouse began the HR career as a Senior HR Specialist with the City of LaCrosse, gaining diverse experience in recruiting across various occupations. Ghouse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
