Pat Staaden

Pat Staaden is an experienced senior business advisor with a background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving at MRA - The Management Association since 1994, Pat transitioned from a full-time Chief Operating Officer role to an on-call advisor focused on special projects following a merger with Trusight. This merger required relocation to Minnesota to manage a division serving approximately 1,100 member companies. Prior to joining MRA, Pat held progressively responsible HR positions at Moxness Products, culminating as Director of HR across multiple facilities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Carthage College and graduate studies at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
