Shannon Sandercock

Shannon Sandercock is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning and development, banking, and client services. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Instructor at MRA - The Management Association since July 2022, Shannon focuses on designing and delivering professional training courses for both member and nonmember company employees. Previously, Shannon held the position of Community President at WaterStone Bank from April 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included sales leadership, team motivation, and community engagement. Shannon also contributed as a Service Manager at both Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, enhancing client services through staff training and education. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a diploma from Greenfield High School.
