Suzanne Dorszynski

Suzanne Dorszynski has over 30 years of work experience in human resources and total rewards. Suzanne is currently working as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst at Charter Manufacturing since January 2019. Prior to that, Suzanne held a role as the Human Resources Director at MRA - The Management Association from August 2008 onwards. Suzanne also worked as the Director of Human Resources at GMK Companies, Inc. from February 1997 to October 2012. Suzanne started their career at Great Lakes Biochemical as an HR and Credit Manager in 1989 and held the position until 1996.

Suzanne Dorszynski pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting from the Lubar College of Business. As for additional certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2008.
