Rupert Stacy is a Marine and Fisheries Scientist with extensive experience in sustainable fisheries management and marine research. Currently serving as a Fisheries Consultant at MRAG Ltd since January 2022, Rupert specializes in natural resources assessment and aquaculture. Previous engagements include roles as a Landscaper at Oxford Garden Design and several positions as an Erasmus Mundus Scholar in Marine Biological Resources across multiple universities, such as Universidade do Algarve and Ghent University, where Rupert conducted research on genetic diversity in marine populations and ecological processes. Rupert holds a Master of Science in Marine Biological Resources from Ghent University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Portsmouth, alongside a strong foundational education in fisheries management and marine ecology.
