Melissa Harrill currently serves as the Local Government Services Manager at MRB Group Engineering, Architecture & Surveying, D.P.C. since May 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager at SC Retirement Systems from January 2003 to March 2007, managing the State Optional Retirement Program and the enrollment unit. Melissa Harrill holds an MBA in Marketing Research from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, attended from 1987 to 1989.
