Tim Carpenter

Tim Carpenter is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Syracuse Operations Manager at MRB Group Engineering, Architecture & Surveying, D.P.C. since April 2021, specializing in water and wastewater consulting for municipal clients across New York State. Previously, Tim held the position of Project Manager at GHD Consulting Services, Inc. from August 2008 to March 2017 and again from January 1999 to March 2006, focusing on civil engineering consulting. Additionally, Tim worked as the Facilities Management Officer at Cazenovia College from March 2006 to August 2008, overseeing campus maintenance staff and planning for facility improvements. Earlier in their career, Tim was the Engineering Manager at Baltimore Aircoil Company, managing the installation and startup of large cooling tower projects globally. Tim's foundational experience includes serving as a Platoon Leader in a Combat Engineer Company with the US Army Corps of Engineers from August 1986 to July 1990.
