Jon Elliott has extensive experience in IT service management and project oversight, currently serving as SLA Manager at MRC Global since December 2018. Previously, Jon held the role of IT Performance and SLA Manager at DXC Technology from October 2003 to May 2018, where notable achievements included improving IT uptime and reducing financial penalties to zero over a five-year period. Earlier experience includes project management for medium-scale IT implementations at Hewlett-Packard, as well as training end users on productivity tools. Jon's educational background includes a degree in International Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management and ITIL Foundations certification from Hewlett-Packard.
