Jim started their career with Vitec Group plc in 2004 as a Western US Channel Partner Manager, where they successfully managed and grew the Western US market for seven Vitec Group brands. Jim'sresponsibilities included meeting and exceeding sales targets, leading to a significant increase in regional turnover. In 2013, they transitioned to ARRI as a Product Specialist, where they developed and executed the sales plan for the ARRI Amira digital cinema camera system. Jim joined Fiilex in 2015 as a Sales Manager for the Western Americas and APAC regions, focusing on promoting the Fiilex brand and expanding distribution channels in the professional lighting sales market. Jim then worked at Ushio America, Inc. from 2017 to 2020 as a Sales Manager-Fixtures, achieving over 100% yearly growth of the battery power product segment. Jim's most recent role was at Manios Digital & Film as a Digital Cinematography Product Specialist from 2020 to 2022. Jim is currently employed as an Account Manager at Crispin Corporation, a Sony Group Company.
Jim Davis attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications.
