Marilyn Lamance

Marilyn LaMance is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the payroll domain. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Director at MRC Global since July 2023, Marilyn previously held the position of Payroll Manager at STRIKE from July 2019 to July 2023 and at Layne Christensen from May 2015 to May 2019. Prior to these roles, Marilyn worked as the U.S. Operations Payroll Supervisor at National Oilwell Varco between May 2014 and April 2015, and as a Payroll Supervisor at Nabors Industries from January 2008 to May 2014.
