Verghese an All India rank holder Chartered Accountant, is a seasoned professional with excellent interactive capabilities with Board, Independent Directors and Investors. He has over 44 years of industrial experience with leading companies like Apollo Tyres Ltd, Tata Motors Ltd, KSB Pumps Ltd and Venky’s Group prior to his joining MRC. He was also on the Board of five companies in India in his previous employments.

He is a keen planner and controller with expertise in implementing Financial Budgets and Plans geared towards successful accomplishment of core objectives of the company, shareholders and other stake holders. With strong technical skills and good operational experience throughout his career he has been successful with start-up, turnaround and adopting to ever changing business needs and environment. He is an Enterprising leader with a solid record of contributions leading to lowered risk, heightened productivity & enhanced internal controls, achieving financial, sales and profitability budgets.

His rich experience as a very successful Project Manager with proven capability of leading complex multifunctional teams and a good planner with fore sight to anticipate changes and plan in advance makes him the perfect leader to spear head the CSS division to achieve all its objectives as support services to the business divisions.
