Prior to this role, Morgan excelled as Team Lead for the BWC Scheduling Department at MRG Exams, managing the scheduling team to ensure efficient departmental operations. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Support Manager at Integrity Energy from July 2010 to July 2014, where Morgan directed the workflow of the operational support division, including contract preparation and administrative tasks in support of the sales team.
