Shawn Weissberg

Shawn Weissberg has an extensive work experience, starting from 2010 as a Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Shawn successfully completed various tests and exams to qualify as a manager and was responsible for customer service, profit management, and employee training.

In 2013, Shawn joined Randstad USA as a Staffing Consultant and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Branch Manager and later a Senior Account Manager. Shawn built and maintained strong relationships with clients and oversaw all aspects of temporary and professional staffing, managing multi-million dollar accounts.

Shawn was involved in various activities including training, mentoring, conflict resolution, customer service, and retention.

From 2018 to 2019, Shawn worked as the Regional Sales Director at Aquent Talent, responsible for the southwest region's sales and operational strategy. Shawn achieved significant revenue and profit growth year over year.
