Malte Polley

Malte Polley is an experienced professional in cloud architecture and data analytics, currently serving as the Lead Cloud Architect for Data Analytics & AI at MRH Trowe since April 2023, focusing on the development and administration of modern data platforms. Prior to this role, Malte held various positions at HDI Gruppe from March 2020 to April 2023, including AWS Cloud Solution Architect and Product Owner, with an emphasis on operational excellence and cost optimization. Malte also worked as an authorized AWS trainer and cloud consultant, contributing to Big Data and machine learning projects at tecRacer Group from September 2018 to March 2020. Malte's academic background includes a PhD from Leibniz Universität Hannover, focusing on the implementation of universal design in digital assessments. Malte holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Education in Chemistry from the University of Potsdam and completed foundational studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
