Supraja Sekhar has over 14 years of experience in talent management and human resources. Supraja is currently the Director of Talent Management at MRI Software. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director of HR at Utopia Global, where they were responsible for strategic HR business partnership and advising senior management. Before that, Supraja was an HR Manager at CRMIT Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they helped establish business and people-related strategic plans. Supraja also has experience as an Executive HR at Greynium Information Technologies and as an HR & Recruitment Associate at Ozone Consulting Pvt Ltd.

Supraja Sekhar has an MBA in Human Resources from Annamalai University. Supraja also holds a BTech in Information Technology from Anna University.
