Frank Plummer Jr.

Frank Plummer Jr. is an experienced planner and project developer specializing in fiber optic network expansion at MRK Media AG since November 2022. With a strong background in spatial data analysis and research, Frank has held multiple roles including consultant and geographical data analyst at DKSR, and various positions at NAIA focusing on international higher education practices for student-athletes. Previous experience includes coordinating linguistic immersion programs at Vaughan Systems, teaching English as a freelance educator, and serving as a teaching assistant in bilingual education reforms in Spain. Frank holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from The University of Kansas.
