Craig Letton has a diverse work experience in the marketing and sales industry. Craig started their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Kraft Foods, where they gained valuable experience in foodservice sales. After completing the training program, they took on the role of National Account Executive, managing a portfolio of high street retailers and successfully acquiring new accounts.
In 2010, Craig joined Mars as a National Account Manager for Tesco, where they had a significant impact on the business. Craig effectively managed the Tesco account, leading to an increase in net sales revenue through strategic initiatives such as promotional optimization and range rationalization. Their collaborative work with the Tesco Trading team resulted in Wrigley moving up in the 2011 Trade Advantage Survey rankings.
In 2012, Craig became the CEO of MRM Global, a high-growth marketing technology company. Their leadership skills and expertise in the industry have enabled the company to expand its services globally. MRM Global's BrandCreator technology is now utilized by leading drinks brands and distributors in 36 countries.

Craig Letton obtained their first degree in Management and Finance from the University of Aberdeen, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Dunblane High School in the UK from 2002 to 2003. Their education in the United States took place at Wayland High School in Massachusetts, where they attended from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Craig Letton has acquired certifications in Experienced Negotiation Skills from the Total Negotiation Group in June 2019, and Negotiation Training from The Gap Partnership in July 2012.
