Scott Lambie has a diverse work experience in the business development and account management field. Scott currently holds the position of Global Business Development Director at MRM Global, where they lead the implementation and achievement of new business strategies. As a Global Account Director at the same company, Scott successfully expanded the Brand Creator menu software across Europe and over 35 markets globally.

Previously, Scott served as the Vice President of Business Development, Europe & LATAM at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc., where they contributed to customer-centric growth by utilizing analytical methodologies and proprietary technologies.

Before that, Scott worked at Marston's PLC as National On Trade - Route to Market & Key Account Manager, focusing on the growth of the Marstons portfolio within Scottish wholesale and key on-trade customers.

Scott also gained valuable experience at Diageo, where they held several roles, including Account Executive - On Trade, Commercial Sales Executive - On Trade, and Business Development Executive - Off Trade. In these roles, they were responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Scott Lambie's education history began in 2003 when they attended Madras College. Scott then went on to Adam Smith College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an HNC in Sport Coaching. Following that, they attended Heriot-Watt University from 2009 to 2012 and earned a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Experienced Negotiation Skills from Total Negotiation in May 2019 and Managing People for Growth from MOON DEVELOPMENTS (UK) LTD. in May 2019.
