Christiane Verhaegen

Christiane Verhaegen has been working in the finance and business sectors since 1986. Christiane began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Audit and then moved to Financial Controller at an Investment Group Real Estate in 1991. In 1997, they became the Group Finance & Admin. Director at ICT (Biometrics) - Keyware Technologies, where they managed the administrative and financial growth of a start-up IT Company and was responsible for all financing rounds, acquisitions, and the IPO of a global high tech software security Company. In 2001, they were appointed Head of Finance Division at Management Consulting - Ernst & Young. In 2004, they became the Sarbanes-Oxley & Compliance Officer at Real Estate Development - ING. In 2006, they assumed the roles of CEO & CFO at Life Sciences (Oncology), where they moved two pre-clinical anti-cancer drug candidates to clinical Phase I and closed strategic alliance and financing rounds. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Business Advisor for innovative companies (Life Sciences). In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at both MRM Technolologies and ProDigest. Christiane has been the Chief Financial Officer at MRM Health since 2020.

Christiane Verhaegen obtained a Masters in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp between 1981 and 1986.
