Joana Lopes

Joana Lopes has seven years of professional experience. Joana began their career as a Master Student at the Instituto de Medicina Molecular in 2010. Joana then moved to the Max-Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology in 2014, where they served as a Post-doctoral researcher and a PhD Student. In 2020, they joined MRM Health as a Senior Scientist.

Joana Lopes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from the University of Lisbon between 2007 and 2011. Joana then earned a Master's degree in Applied Microbiology from the Universidade de Lisboa, Faculdade de Ciências between 2011 and 2013. Finally, they completed their PhD in Microbiology from the Max Planck Society in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Pragmatic Project Manager certification from Propellor in February 2021.
