Anika Cutajar

Anika Cutajar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event operations and management. Currently serving as the Americas Event Operations Lead and previously as a Marketing Coordinator for Microsoft at MRM since 2022, Anika has demonstrated strong skills in logistics and client support. Prior experience includes serving as an Event Manager at The Lavin Agency, where responsibilities included managing logistics for renowned speakers and maintaining an updated CRM. Anika has also contributed as a Community Outreach Educator at The Make Den, developing curricula for intimate apparel courses, and held various roles in marketing and design at Heavy Flow. Early career experience includes private event services at Little Sister Indonesian Food Bar, where Anika enhanced customer experience and boosted restaurant ratings. Anika holds a Bachelor of Design from Toronto Metropolitan University.
