S Shanmuga Prabhu

S Shanmuga Prabhu has extensive experience in marketing automation and web production. From 2017 to present, they have worked at MRM//McCann, where they started as a Marketing Automation Specialist and later took on the role of Marketing Automation Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Epsilon from 2015 to 2017 as a Sr. Quality Analyst and Sr. Production Analyst. Shanmuga Prabhu's earlier experience includes positions at Oracle, where they worked as a Web Production Analyst from June 2013 to September 2015 and as a Web Marketing Analyst from March 2012 to June 2013. In these roles, they were involved in developing corporate websites, creating web pages for campaigns, and utilizing various technologies such as Eloqua, Siebel CRM, HTML, and Adobe Dreamweaver.

S SHANMUGA PRABHU earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University between 2005 and 2008. Their earlier education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1992 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce in 2022, Eloqua Master 2020 from Oracle in 2020, and Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing from Lynda.com in 2019. S SHANMUGA also earned the Eloqua B2B Master 2015 certification from Oracle Marketing Cloud Academy.
