Brittany Rowe, CRIS, CCS, currently serves as the Regional Operations Manager at MRO Corp, where responsibilities include overseeing the Release of Information department for healthcare facilities in the Midwest, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Prior to this role, Brittany worked at Ciox Health as the Regional Director of Health Plan Operations, focusing on customer service and operational execution to enhance client relationships and workforce satisfaction.
