Carole Gammarino

Carole Gammarino, RHIT, currently serves as the Director of Account Management at MRO since November 2024, following a role as Manager of Customer Success at Moxe from December 2021 to October 2024. Previously, Carole held various leadership positions at Conifer Health Solutions, including Senior Recruiting-Talent Acquisition Specialist, Coding Operations Manager, and Director of HIM Revenue Cycle Solutions. Other experience includes Vice President at Star-Med, Associate Director at Health Information Alliance, and Senior Staffing Consultant at Precyse Solutions. Carole’s extensive background in health information management and recruitment is complemented by an educational foundation in Health Information Management (RHIT) and the performing arts.
