Glenn Dawson

Glenn Dawson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at MRO since August 2025, Glenn previously held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at TubeBuddy, transforming observability and integrating complex systems, and as a Contract Senior Software Engineer for eviCore at Conexess Group, enhancing data integrity and optimizing deployments across Azure. With a strong foundation established at athenahealth as a Principal Member of the Technical Staff, Glenn developed APIs for healthcare integrations and promoted security compliance. Previous responsibilities also include leading development initiatives at vAuto and Cox Automotive Inc., focusing on DevOps tooling, AWS and Kubernetes migrations, and fostering knowledge sharing through training programs. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from ACCIS/American Sentinel University.
