Derek Lambert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and building operations. Currently serving as Assistant Chief Engineer at MRP Realty since January 2017, Derek oversees operations and maintenance for a 210,000 square foot property. Additionally, Derek works as a licensed Commercial/Residential Real Estate Salesperson at Samson Properties since April 2019, having previously held a similar role at Realty 2000 from March 2018 to April 2019. Prior to these endeavors, Derek was the Lead Building Engineer at Carr Properties from November 2007 to December 2016, managing operations and maintenance for a 195,000 square foot facility. Derek Lambert studied at Northern Virginia Community College from 1999 to 2000.
