Jeff Randall, PE has over 30 years of work experience in the plastics industry. Jeff started their career in 1985 as a Project Engineer at Janlin Plastics and later moved on to work at plastic moldings corporation as a Project Engineer from 1989 to 1990. In 1992, Jeff joined Phillips Plastics as a Project Engineer/Program Manager. Jeff then worked as a Product Development Manager at Seaquist Closures from 1995 to 2002. In 2002, they became the VP Engineering at Dickten Masch Plastics and held that role until 2008. Currently, Jeff is the Vice President & Chief Technical Officer at MRPC, where they specialize in liquid silicone, gum silicone, polyisoprenes, thermoplastic, and black rubber molding primarily for the medical device and implantable markets. Jeff is skilled in various molding techniques such as injection, transfer, compression, and insert molding, as well as extrusion processes. Jeff's expertise lies in combining materials and processes to meet industry requirements.

Jeff Randall, PE has a strong educational background. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1979 and 1984.
