Tara Caudell

Tara Caudell, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Marine Repair Services - Container Maintenance Corporation since November 2022 and has owned American Backbone Accounting, LLC since June 2019. As a co-owner, Tara has contributed to The Rampant Lion Pipes and Tobacco since April 2021 and to C's Scapes Art & Photography from November 2020 to November 2022, focusing on photography and stained glass art. Previous roles include Accountant and Accounting Assistant at EBL Engineers, LLC from September 2014 to May 2019, and Administrative Assistant at Rowles & Company, LLP from July 2012 to July 2014. Tara's early career includes sales and merchandising positions at CROSSMARK and HDA, Inc., with responsibilities involving independent audits and training. Tara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus and another Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science in Accounting from Towson University.
