Steve Butler Faicp

Steve Butler, FAICP, currently serves as the Planning & Policy Manager at the Municipal Research and Services Center. Prior to this role, Steve held positions such as Community Development Director at the City of Milwaukie, Director of Community Development at the City of Mill Creek, and Director of Planning and Community Development at the City of SeaTac. Steve's extensive experience in community planning and development includes roles at The Growth Management Group, Greater Portland Council of Governments, and Maine Tomorrow. Steve holds a Master's degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from St. Lawrence University.
