Mirza Asrofi has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with an internship at JOB Pertamina - PetroChina East Java. From 2016 to present, Mirza worked at PT. MRT Jakarta, starting as an Electrical Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Rolling Stock Engineer. Currently, Mirza serves as the Depot Rolling Stock Maintenance Section Head. In 2013, Mirza also gained experience as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant (Control System) at the University of Brawijaya.

In 2011, they enrolled at the University of Brawijaya and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, completing it in 2015. During this time, in 2014-2015, Mirza also attended Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, where they specialized in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.

They also completed Training for Expert Electrical Unit of Rolling Stock (1st training) in Japan organized by Sumitomo Corporation.
Continuing their professional development in the field of rolling stock, Mirza completed a Professional Certified Course in Rolling Stock at the Technical University of Munich in 2019. Additionally, in 2018, they received specialized training on the structure, function, and maintenance of rolling stock (2nd training) from Nippon Sharyo Ltd (NIP) in Japan.
