Constantijn Dolmans

Constantijn Dolmans serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for MS Amlin Insurance, overseeing compliance, governance, and company secretary functions since August 2010. With a rich background in compliance and governance, Constantijn has held several key positions, including Head of Compliance Europe and Compliance Manager at MS Amlin Plc. Furthermore, Constantijn is a member of the Integrity Committee for Verbond van Verzekeraars and a City Council Member for D66 Rijswijk. Constantijn chairs the Expert Group on Financial Economic Crime at Vereniging van Compliance Officers until August 2024 and has served on the Supervisory Board of de Vereende. Previous leadership roles include presidency at Rotary Club Delft Koningsveld and editorial chair at the Mr. Hans van Mierlo Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Fiscal Law from Leiden University and an MBA from The Open University Business School, along with certifications in compliance for both insurance and banking sectors.
