Bill Johngrass

Bill Johngrass, P.E., is a seasoned professional in the engineering field with extensive experience in water management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of the Water Business Unit at ms consultants, inc. since March 2016, Bill also holds the position of Ohio Water Business Unit Group Leader. Prior experience includes roles as Department/Project Manager at URS Corporation from 2003 to March 2016, and Project Manager/Engineer at ms consultants, inc. from 1997 to 2003. Bill Johngrass earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University, graduating in 1998 and 1996, respectively.
