Sean Sawford

Sean Sawford, P.E. has extensive experience in transportation engineering and management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at ms consultants, inc. since September 2004. Throughout his tenure at ms consultants, Sean has held various leadership roles, including Director of Transportation Operations, Highway Group Leader, Highway Technical Service Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to ms consultants, Sean worked as a Project Manager at David E. Wooster and Associates from November 1997 to September 2004 and as a Project Engineer at the Maryland State Highway Administration from June 1996 to November 1997. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1996.
