Phil Williams

Phil Williams is a Business Development Executive at M&S Engineering since September 2017. Prior to this, Phil served as General Manager at Denton Municipal Electric for 11 years. Phil also held positions as VP & CFO at Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative, CFO at Bryan Texas Utilities, and Group Manager at TXU. Phil graduated with a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
