• Responsible for Digital Transformation for Motor Insurance product from Quotation issuance to policy conversion including Endorsements and Renewal cases through POS ( Point of Sale ) model.
• Transformation on the company website with respect to Content Management and Visual Designing.
• Clean up of the records in the application through the MAS reporting in order to block the blacklisted customers from buying insurance.
• Digital transformation on IT including WICA claims journey, Esignature on RI slips etc.
