Alexis Mishel is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Quality Program Director at Certified Inspection Services since July 2022 and as the Customer Experience Manager at MS-IL Staffing & Packaging since October 2018. In the role of Customer Experience Manager, Alexis facilitates client satisfaction initiatives, guides strategic growth opportunities, and oversees efficient operations across the organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager, where Alexis successfully expanded an account portfolio and partnered with leadership to drive financial and strategic goals. Earlier in the career, Alexis worked as a Dental Assistant at Mishel-Kruse Dental, providing support in clinical and administrative tasks. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, attained in 2016.
