Ryan Glueck has extensive experience in quality management and engineering roles, having served as Engineering/Launch Manager and Quality Manager at MS Metal Solutions since January 2019. Prior experience includes Quality Manager at Lakeshore Fittings, Inc. and Quality Assurance Manager at Precision Metal Products Co. from August 2005 to March 2017. Ryan Glueck has a proven track record in managing product inspections, supporting Gage Calibration per ISO requirements, ensuring product standards, maintaining safety, and conducting statistical analysis and root cause analysis. Additionally, Ryan Glueck has developed tools in Microsoft Excel for automatic calculations and has experience in building PPAP packages to meet customer requirements. Prior to these roles, Ryan Glueck worked as a Farm Hand at Crossroads Blueberry Farm from 2003 to 2005 and holds a diploma from Grand Haven High School.
