Cece Powell

Cece Powell is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Chief Communications Officer and Location Director at MS Reinsurance in Bermuda since March 2024. Previously, Cece held various senior positions at PartnerRe Ltd., including Chief Communications Officer and Director of Corporate Communications from 2001 to January 2023, and Corporate Relations Manager from 1995 to 2001. Additional experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Bermuda Commercial Bank from January 1993 to February 1995, and in roles of Writer, Editor, and Publisher at Bermudian Publishing Company Limited from June 1990 to January 1993. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Vermont (1986-1990) and further studies at Georgetown University (2014-2015), along with attendance at The Hotchkiss School (1983-1986).
