Molly Bryant Phr

Molly Bryant, PHR, SHRM-CP, has significant experience in the field of human resources. Molly began their career in 1999 as a Recruiter/Staffing Manager at AtWork Personnel, where they provided staffing solutions for various industries. Molly then moved on to Covenant Health in 2000, where they worked as an HR Generalist, contributing to the comprehensive health system's success. In 2006, Molly joined IdleAire Inc. as a Regional HR Generalist/Corporate Recruiter, supporting the trucking industry with in-cab services. Molly later joined Carlisle Transportation Products in 2009 as a Sr. HR Generalist/HR Manager, overseeing HR operations and playing a key role in the company's market leadership in specialty tires, wheels, and belts. Molly then joined Provision Healthcare/ProNova Solutions in 2011, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and took part in the development of advanced cancer treatment technology. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Human Resources at MS Technology, Inc. since 2015, contributing to the engineering and technology company's growth and success.

Molly Bryant, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Molly also obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Tusculum University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Molly holds several certifications including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which they obtained in January 2015.
