Randy Inklebarger

Randy Inklebarger has vast experience in leadership and engineering roles in various companies. Randy is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MS Technology, Inc., a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of the same company from September 2018 to June 2023.

Before joining MS Technology, Inc., Randy worked at CH2M as a Vice President from January 2009 to October 2014, where they led the Global Business Unit responsible for consulting and design services for federal clients. Randy also served as a Program Manager at CH2M from July 2003 to December 2008.

Prior to their time at CH2M, Randy worked at Lockwood Greene Technologies as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Business Unit Manager from 1993 to 2003. Randy also worked at Lockwood Greene Engineers as a Project Engineer, Business Development Manager, and Group Leader from 1985 to 1993.

Randy started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Tennessee from September 1984 to August 1985. Randy also worked as an Engineer at Chicago Bridge & Iron from June 1982 to August 1984.

Randy Inklebarger received a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1984 to 1986. Randy also obtained a MSCE (Master of Science in Civil Engineering) degree, specializing in Structural Engineering, from the same university, from 1977 to 1982. In 2007, Randy Inklebarger attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for executive education, though the degree obtained from this program is unspecified.

In terms of certifications, Randy Inklebarger is a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of South Carolina, which was obtained in April 2018. Randy is also a PE in the State of New Mexico and the State of Texas, obtained in November 2015 and September 2015, respectively.
