Ayhan Baba has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ayhan started their career as a Senior Financial Consultant at Page Phillips & Co in 1991, where they worked until 1992. Ayhan then joined SG Warburg as an Operations Supervisor in 1995. Baba progressed to JPMorgan, where they held various positions including Vice President for Global Product Manager for Collateral Management Services in Tokyo and Vice President, North America Regional Business Head for International Securities Clearing & Collateral Management in New York. In 2008, Baba joined BNY Mellon as a Vice President, Head of Strategy & Strategic Initiatives, and later took on roles as Managing Director and Group Product Manager. From 2013, Baba has been serving as the National CEO at MSA National, overseeing the company's end-to-end service solution for lenders, funders, and mortgage managers.

Ayhan Baba obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from UNSW between 1987 and 1990, with a focus on Economics, Finance, and Econometrics.
